We are a green coffee importer offering specialty coffee supplied by more than 140 small-scale coffee producers from our nine partner cooperatives located in four distinct internationally recognized coffee-growing regions in Guatemala.

Our priority is to promote relationship-based trade between our partner cooperatives and our customer roasters and coffee shops that prioritize purchasing ethically sourced beans and making coffee-growing a sustainable livelihood.

HUEHUETENANGO

This coffee is well known for its quality and unique flavor. The topography, elevation, and climate of this specialty coffee growing region all contribute to making Huehuetenango coffee some of the most distinct and enjoyed within the international specialty coffee community. More details HERE.

SAN MARCOS

Elevation 4,300 - 6,000 ft (1,310 - 1,828 mt)

This is the warmest and wettest of Guatemala's coffee-growing regions. The abundant amount of rain and rich mineral content make the coffee plants experience the earliest flowering, therefore an earlier harvest. More details HERE.

ATITLAN

Coffee beans from the Atitlán region are renowned for their pleasant acidity and rich aroma. The high humidity, volcanic proximity, and daily winds stirring cold lake waters create a distinct microclimate that gives Atitlán’s coffee a unique profile. More details HERE.

ANTIGUA

Characterized by its rich volcanic soil, low humidity, and most consistent rainfall patterns throughout the year, the Antigua coffee growing region is considered to produce some of the best coffee in Guatemala that is internationally recognized for its outstanding quality and flavor.   • It weighs 152.15 lbs or 69 kg.

  • The minimum wholesale order is one 69 kg sack. If you want to buy a smaller quantity, contact us to provide prices.

  • You can either fill out the form on the website or ask directly at sales@dlgcoffee.org

  • We can help you find a reliable transport company that fits your budget and needs. However, De La Gente is not liable for the delivery of the coffee to your location.

  • We recommend a maximum of 10 sacks per pallet.

  • Of course! You just need to inform our sales team that you’ll be managing your own shipping. A copy of the BOL and contact information will be needed at least 24 hours before the pickup time.

  • The general rule is that the coffee can last up to 2 years depending on the storage conditions.
